Problem Statement
Create user-centered updates to Zillow's app to make the application a one-stop shop for homebuyers.
User Pain Points
Having to Use Multiple Apps
For users to go through the homebuying process, they have to use 2 or more apps or websites to research information on homes, real estate agents, and the steps they need to take to be able to purchase a home.
Lack of Resources and Information
Information for first-time homebuyers is often inconsistent and difficult to find. Trying to find information on the homebuying process needs to be concise and accessible.
No Personalization
The Zillow app does not have the ability to tailor search results to individual users' needs. Therefore, this makes the homebuying process inaccessible for certain users.
